Please remember that if you are ordering our galettes, they may not arrive crispy (the way we serve them at the restaurant) because of the steam created in the box. All you have to do in that case is place them in a frying pan for a couple of minutes to regain the "crispiness"! No microwaves please as this would make them "mushy" :)
